It was a bit foggy outside. It was a bit chilly that morning. There was a light shower which occassionally hit window. Everything seemed silent.
I took out my old Beatles record that day. After all of excessive Black Sabbaths and Iron Maidens it was now time to calm things off.
It grew a little more cold as we started ascending the hilly roads. The sweet sweet melody of "and I love her" started playing as I gazed aimlessly through the foggy window at the mystical green hills surrounding us.
"love me do" got me tapping as I finally lip-synced "so pleaseee...love me dooo" The bus took smooth turns around the curvy way. The shower still continued and I was now looking at the cloudy sky when Paul poured his heart out in "Yesterday".I was kept mesmerized as it all started with "yesterday... all my troubles seemed so far awayy" the song interlaced every piece of emotion I had that morning and all I was left with was a hazy mystical feeling meshed with what mood was left with me.
It was pure pure nostalgic."Hey jude" took me to another world...I sang along. The bus suddenly took a violent turn. With it.."Yellow submarine" jingled its way around my head.
The bus now was moving down hill.It was catching up speed and the morning sun was showing its first rays."Help(..I need somebody)" got me tapping again as the bus rolled on.There was mystical euphoria attached to all the songs that were playing.
"You've got to hide your love away" was all that I needed to round it off.But "let it be" was the anthem and a prayer that aptly ended my journey and as unwilling and sorry I was to push the "stop" button as to snap back to reality from a "magical mystical tour" of supreme bliss.
